Custom websites for small businesses

A custom website is how small businesses get found and trusted online.

For a small business, a website is more than a digital business card. It is the first place customers look when they hear your name, the page a search engine reads to decide whether you are relevant, and the storefront that works for you at every hour. A custom website, built around your brand and your customers, does that work better than any template, because it is shaped to what you actually sell and who you actually serve.

LeeB Studio designs and builds custom websites for small businesses, founders, and young entrepreneurs who need a professional presence without a months-long project. Each site is designed from scratch, written in clean semantic markup, and engineered to load quickly on phones and desktops alike. Pages target clear topics with honest, specific copy, descriptive headings, and metadata that tells search engines exactly what the page is about, so the site is easy for people to read and easy for Google to rank.

Speed and search visibility are built in from the first decision, not bolted on at the end. Images are served at the right size, pages stay lean, and the structure follows what both visitors and crawlers expect. The result is a site that loads in moments, reads clearly on any device, and shows up in search results from the day it launches, so the energy you put into your business has somewhere to land.

You work directly with one person from kickoff to launch, which is why most sites go live in days rather than quarters. There are no account managers, no handoffs, and no generic themes stretched to fit your brand, just a focused, fast, search-friendly website built to represent your work honestly and help it grow.

Scope of work

Pricing shown reflects typical project scopes. The final deliverables, timeline, and cost are confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Third-party services & costs

Domain registration, hosting, email, premium plugins, stock imagery, and other third-party services are not included in the project fee unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for ongoing subscriptions and their renewal costs.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to the rounds included in your chosen plan. Additional changes are billed per change or as a separate quote. Revisions do not cover a full redesign or a change in project direction after build has started.

Payment terms

A deposit is required to reserve your start date, with the balance due before the site goes live. Support retainers and top-ups are billed in advance of the service period and are non-refundable once work has begun.

No guarantee of results

I build clean, SEO-ready, modern websites, but I do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside the website itself.

Intellectual property & content

You own your site and its content once final payment is received. You are responsible for ensuring all text, images, and assets you provide are licensed and that you have the rights to use them.

Availability & timelines

Estimated timelines are good-faith projections and not guaranteed. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or third-party outages may shift the delivery date.

These notes are general guidance, not formal legal terms, and don't replace the written agreement we'll sign before your project starts.
